How can I use a tool in SharePoint to get standardized tags on user-provided data?  How can I make improvements in consistency in my document management? This topic will demonstrate how to use the Managed Metadata Service Application to categorize business information and apply metadata to classify or tag files with the goal of better document management and content organization in SharePoint.  Join this session to see how to construct a formal classification system (taxonomy) for your organizational structures, then use that information in custom content types to control how users add metadata to your content.  This is just one of the many features of the Managed Metadata Service Application we will discuss in this session.  Pleases join us to watch some real-world examples of this often overlooked SharePoint feature.
